Abstract

[課題] 加圧流体を調圧機構を解して減圧する圧力調整器において、小型化を可能にし、さらに溶解性の高いガス等の流体に対しても長時間使用可能とする。 [解決手段] 圧力調整器は、流体供給源から1次圧力の加圧流体が供給される入口孔21および減圧された2次圧力の加圧流体が排出される排出孔22を有するとともに入口孔21から排出孔22に至る流路が内部に形成されたハウジング2と、流路の途中に配置されて、1次圧力を2次圧力に減圧する調圧機構とを備える。調圧機構が、流体の圧力変動に応じて変位するダイヤフラム8を含む移動体7を有する。入口孔21と移動体7が、前記ダイヤフラムの変位する方向と略直交する方向に並んでいる。
