Abstract

活性化血液凝固第Ｘ因子の阻害剤として有用な化合物（１）及び（１ａ）の工業的な製造方法を提供する。 下記の［工程ａ］～［工程ｃ］ ［式中、Ｒ１は水素原子、ハロゲノ基等；Ｒ２は水素原子、ハロゲノ基等；Ｒ３及びＲ４は、同一又は異なって、水素原子又はＣ１～４アルキル基；Ｒ５は、水素原子又はホルミル基；Ｒ６は、水素原子又はメチル基；Ｒ８及びＲ９は、同一又は異なって、メチル基又はエチル基；環Ａはピリジン環等；環Ｂは、４，５，６，７－テトラヒドロチアゾロ［５，４－ｃ］ピリジン環等を示す。］を特徴とする活性化血液凝固第Ｘ因子（ＦＸａ）の阻害剤として有用な化合物（１）及び（１ａ）の工業的な製造方法。
