Abstract

 基地局からの上りリンク送信許可の割り当てがない場合でも、上りリンクでの一定程度の送信電力制御を担保する。  共有チャネルを用いた無線通信システムで用いられる基地局装置は、ユーザ装置から送信される上りリンク信号に基づいて、前記ユーザ装置の送信電力制御情報を生成する送信電力制御情報生成部、前記生成された送信電力制御情報を、前記ユーザ装置に対する上りリンク無線リソースの割り当てがある場合は、上りリンク割当通知とともに送信し、前記ユーザ装置に対する前記上りリンク無線リソースの割り当てがない場合は、独立した送信電力制御情報として送信するように無線リソース割り当てる情報を出力する無線リソース制御部と、を有する。
