Abstract

 複数台の重機を用いることなく風車回転翼の取付け、および取り外しを可能とするとともに、平地が少ない複雑な地形を有するサイトにおいても風車回転翼の取り付け、および取り外しできる風車回転翼の吊下げ装置、風車回転翼の取付け方法、および風力発電装置の建設方法を提供する。風車回転翼(6)が取り付けられるロータヘッド(4)側から風車回転翼(6)側に吊下げワイヤ(17)を導くとともに、ロータヘッド(4)の回転軸線に沿う方向に移動可能に配置された滑車(14)と、風車回転翼(6)の取付け端側を保持するとともに、風車回転翼(6)の重心および吊下げワイヤ(17)が繋がれる接続部を結ぶ線が、風車回転翼(6)の長手軸線に対して交差する保持部(15)と、地上に配置され、吊下げワイヤ(17)を牽引することにより、保持部(15)を巻き上げ、または巻き下ろしするウインチ(12)と、が設けられていることを特徴とする。
