Abstract

 【課題】 本発明は,高分解能な光波形整形装置を提供することを目的とする。  【解決手段】 上記課題は,光源からの光を周波数ごとに分波するための分波器(11)と,前記分波器(11)により分波された複数の光を集光するための集光部(12)と,前記集光部(12)を経た光が入射し,入射光の偏光面を調整するための偏光分離手段(13)と,前記偏光分離手段(13)を経た光が入射する位相変調部及び強度変調部とを有する空間光変調器(14)と,を具備する光波形整形装置(10)により解決される。
