Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et procédés pour le traitement de dysfonctionnement de la vessie mettant en œuvre la stimulation de neuromodulation. L'invention concerne la vidange de la vessie par la stimulation d'afférents urétraux, et la continence par la stimulation du nerf génital dorsal, ainsi qu'un ou des générateurs d'impulsions et un ou des fils de sortie. Une simple intervention chirurgicale préserve toutes les fonctions existantes. Un cathéter de stimulation est agencé pour être utilisé sous forme d'outil de dépistage clinique. Le cathéter de stimulation est utilisé pour mesurer des pressions de la vessie et stimuler l'urètre simultanément.
