Abstract

 フレキシブル配線基板の配線金属表面や配線間に露出したポリイミド表面に対し、それらの表面が比較的平滑な状態のままでも良好な接着強度を示すことができる接着剤組成物は、熱可塑性樹脂と多官能アクリレートとラジカル重合開始剤とを含有し、更に、式(1)で表される末端にウレタン残基を有する単官能ウレタンアクリレートを含有する。 ここで、R0は水素原子又はメチル基であり、R1は二価の炭化水素基であり、R2は置換されてもよい低級アルキル基である。
