Abstract

　水分を含む植物片を加圧器具の内部に設置し、加圧器具の内部を密閉状態にする工程と、植物片に対して加熱および加圧を行う工程と、植物片が所定の成形温度に達した後に、加圧器具の内部と外部とを通気可能にし、所定時間だけ圧力及び温度を保持した後、冷却してから加圧器具から植物片の成形体を取り出す工程と、を含む。これにより、粉末状にすることなく、かつ、接着剤を用いることなく、植物片を任意形状に成形することができる植物の加工方法を実現する。
