Abstract

　リスペリドンとの配合性に優れるゼリー基剤、添加剤を探索することにより、安定性に優れかつ服用が容易である、リスペリドンを含むゼリー状の医薬組成物を提供する。カロブビーンガム及びキサンタンガムを組合わせて、リスペリドンを含むゼリー状医薬組成物のゼリー基剤とする。好ましくは、糖アルコール類及び乳糖から選ばれる矯味剤を配合する。
