Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé pour produire un mélange de béton, comprenant une étape de prémélange, dans laquelle de l'eau et des composants de béton sous forme de grains fins, notamment du ciment, et si nécessaire du sable, sa quantité étant comprise entre 2 et 97% de la teneur totale en sable du mélange de béton, un diluant et un solvant sont prémélangés à l'aide d'un processus de mélange et d'un traitement par ultrasons; et une étape de mélange final qui comprend le mélange du mélange, produit à partir d'eau et de composants du béton à grains fins, en particulier du ciment, et des composants restants du béton, notamment le reste de sable et des grains de roches grossiers. De manière avantageuse, le procédé de l'invention permet une réduction des coûts d'énergie lors du mélange du béton et une résistance améliorée du béton.
