Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Vorbehandlung von zu lackierenden polymeren Oberflächen von Bauteilen (20), bei dem wenigstens eine polymere Oberfläche wenigstens eines Bauteils (20) innerhalb einer Vorbehandlungszelle (12) gereinigt und anschließend mit einer oxydierenden Flamme behandelt wird, und wobei sowohl die Reinigung der polymeren Oberfläche als auch die Behandlung der polymeren Oberfläche mit einer oxydierenden Flamme innerhalb derselben Vorbehandlungszelle (12) vorgenommen werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Vorrichtung (10) zur Vorbehandlung von zu lackierenden polymeren Oberflächen von Bauteilen, mit einer Vorbehandlungszelle (12), innerhalb derer sowohl wenigstens eine Reinigungsvorrichtung (16) als auch wenigstens eine Beflammungsvorrichtung (18) angeordnet sind, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung (16) für eine Reinigung wenigstens einer polymeren Oberfläche wenigstens eines Bauteils (20) innerhalb der Vorbehandlungszelle (12) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Beflammungsvorrichtung (18) nach Reinigung der polymeren Oberfläche für deren Behandlung mit einer oxydierenden Flamme innerhalb der Vorbehandlungszelle (12) vorgesehen ist.
