Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, eine Vorrichtung und eine Eichreferenzeinrichtung zur Kontrolle, insbesondere zur Qualitätskontrolle, eines Druckformkörpers, insbesondere eines im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Druckformkörpers, vorzugsweise eines Tiefdruckformkörpers, insbesondere eines Tiefdruckzylinders. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine komplexere Kontrolle eines Druckformkörpers, insbesondere für seine Fertigstellung und/oder Bereitstellung, zu ermöglichen, die vorzugsweise zur Ermöglichung einer Gesamtprozessautomatisierung beiträgt oder diese ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe wird in Verfahrenshinsicht dadurch gelöst, dass der Druckformkörper in eine Kontrollvorrichtung eingebracht wird, um dort und mit dieser wenigstens zwei seiner Eigenschaften zu kontrollieren und/oder zu messen, die wenigstens zum Teil zu einer Gruppe von Eigenschaften, umfassend wenigstens ein Körperkonturenausmaß, eine Oberflächenhärte, eine Oberflächenschichtdicke, eine Schichtdicke einer unter der Oberfläche liegenden Schicht, eine Oberflächenrauhigkeit, das Körpergewicht, ein Teil eines Druckbildes und/oder die Körpertemperatur, gehören.
