Abstract

An object is to examine whether or not the requirement of a clone property is needed in the preparation of a neural stem cell preparation. Another object is to provide a method for preparing a neural stem cell in a simple manner. Thus, disclosed is a method for producing cells containing a cell derived from a Musashi-positive adipose tissue, which comprises the steps of: providing a cell derived from an adipose tissue; and subjecting the cell to the floating culture for a sufficient period for producing an aggregate.
