Abstract

　フラックスまたはフラックス含有物等に対する洗浄性が高く、しかも引火点を有さない洗浄溶剤を提供する。また、フラックスまたはフラックス含有物等を洗浄溶剤の引火を懸念することなく洗浄できる洗浄方法を提供することを目的とする。 　本発明の洗浄溶剤は、（２，２，２－トリフルオロエトキシ）－１，１，２，２－テトラフルオロエタンの８７～９４質量％と、アセトンの６～１３質量％とを含有する。本発明の洗浄方法は、第１洗浄溶剤に物品を接触させる溶剤接触工程と、該溶剤接触工程後に、第２洗浄溶剤を蒸発させて発生させた蒸気に前記物品を曝す蒸気接触工程とを有し、第１洗浄溶剤および第２洗浄溶剤が、前記洗浄溶剤である。
