Abstract
電池製造工程の熱処理に耐え、実用的な耐久性を兼ね備えた軽量の積層体及びそれを用いた太陽電池を提供することを目的とする。 本発明の積層体は、第1面と第2面を有するガラス板と、ガラス板の第1面に形成された導電膜と、導電膜上に形成された光活性層とを備えた積層体であって、ガラス板が、400°C以上の歪点を有するガラスからなり、10μm~2.2mmの厚みを有し、ガラス板の第2面に樹脂が形成されてなることを特徴とする。 また、本発明の太陽電池は、第1面と第2面を有するガラス板と、ガラス板の第1面に形成された導電膜と、導電膜上に形成された光活性層とを備えた積層体と、透光性基材と、透光性基材の片面に形成された透明電極と、積層体と透明電極とに間に封入された電解液とを備え、ガラス板が、400°C以上の歪点を有するガラスからなり、10μm~2.2mmの厚みを有し、ガラス板の第2面に樹脂が形成されてなることを特徴とする。
