Abstract

薄型でフレキシビリティに富み、かつ２ＧＨｚを越えるような高周波信号用の信号伝送用ケーブルにおいて、偏平状の信号導体１と、信号導体１の両側にかつ信号導体１と同一平面上に配置された偏平状の接地導体２，３と、信号導体１および接地導体２，３を上下から挟むようにして被覆する電気絶縁薄膜からなる電気絶縁層４，５と、信号導体１、接地導体２，３および電気絶縁層４，５を一括包囲して形成した金属遮蔽層１５と、金属遮蔽層１５を被覆する保護被覆層１６とによって構成することにより、高周波信号の伝送周波数帯域における伝送損失の増大を抑制することを可能とした。
