Abstract

本発明は、焼結体の生成反応を充分に進行させつつ、ハニカム成形体の焼成に繰り返し用いてもコート層の剥離を防止することができ、長期間使用可能でランニングコストの削減を達成することができる焼成用治具を提供することを目的とし、本発明の焼成用治具は、炭化ケイ素を主成分とする柱状のハニカム成形体をその側面を下にして載置するための収容体と、上記収容体の少なくとも上記ハニカム成形体を載置する載置面に形成されたコート層とからなるハニカム成形体焼成用治具であって、上記コート層の主成分は、炭化ケイ素であり、上記コート層のＪＩＳ　Ｂ　０６０１（２００１）に準拠して求められる算術平均高さは１０μｍ以下であることを特徴とする。
