Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un témoin de franchissement de température, permettant d'établir si un produit, notamment un produit périssable, a franchi une valeur de température seuil, de manière croissante ou décroissante, le témoin comprenant : un premier composé (A) thermochrome réversible, présentant en fonction de la température et de son historique de variations soit un état coloré (IU) soit un état incolore (U) ou peu coloré, le passage d'un état à l'autre intervenant à deux températures distinctes selon que la température varie de manière croissante ou décroissante, un second composé (B) thermochrome, présentant en fonction de la température et de son historique de variations soit un état coloré (HB) soit un état incolore (IB) OU peu coloré, le second composé étant tel que son passage à l'état coloré (HB) compense le passage à l'état incolore (U) du premier composé.
