Abstract

Zur Herstellung eines Strukturhohlbauteils aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff wird ein wasserdispergierbarer Stützkern aus einem wasserlöslichen Bindemittel, das zumindest teilweise aus einem wasserlöslichen silikathaltigen Bindemittel besteht, und einem Füllstoff mit den Verstärkungsfasern umwickelt. Die Fasern auf dem Stützkern werden mit einem härtbaren Kunststoff getränkt, der Kunststoff ausgehärtet und der Stützkern mit Wasser anschließend ausgeschwemmt.
