Abstract

A filter cartridge for filtering crankcase ventilation gases and coalescing hydrophobic fluid contained therein is provided. The cartridge generally includes a media surrounded by a carrier frame; the carrier frame including a seal mount and a housing seal, defining an arch section providing an opening between the arch section and the media pack. A filter assembly including the filter cartridge is described, as well as methods of assembly and use.
