Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de surfusion présentant une possibilité réduite de modification de l'état de surfusion. L'appareil de surfusion comprend un récipient destiné à contenir du liquide; une unité de limitation de contact formée à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du récipient afin de réduire une zone de contact entre le liquide contenu et l'air; et une unité d'exploitation de non congélation destinée à loger le récipient et à maintenir le liquide à l'état non congelé à une température de transition de phase ou inférieure.
