Abstract

　連通可能に構成された多室容器に、糖、一部の電解質およびビタミンＢ１を含有する糖液と、アミノ酸、一部の電解質、亜硫酸塩を含有するアミノ酸液が別々に収容された末梢静脈投与用輸液において、ビタミンＢ１およびアミノ酸を安定に維持できる配合組成を提供する。 　糖液はグルコン酸カルシウムを含有し、乳酸ナトリウムは１.４ｇ／Ｌ以下であり、ｐＨは４.０～４.７であり、滴定酸度は２～４であり、アミノ酸液は乳酸ナトリウムを４.０～８.０ｇ／Ｌ含有し、グルコン酸カルシウムを含有せず、ｐＨは６.８～７.２であり、システインとして遊離Ｌ－システインを含有し、それは亜硫酸水素ナトリウムを０.０５～０.２ｇ／Ｌ含有し、糖液とアミノ酸液を混合した後の輸液のｐＨが６.５～７.１であり、滴定酸度が５～１０である末梢静脈投与用輸液とする。
