Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une céramique qui transmet la lumière selon lequel des particules modèles anisotropes d'une structure tungstène-bronze contenant du niobium, du strontium, du baryum, etc. sont produites par le procédé en flux lors d'une première étape. Lors d'une deuxième étape, une poudre céramique d'une structure tungstène-bronze contenant du niobium, strontium, baryum, etc. est produite par le procédé en phase solide. Lors d'une troisième étape, les particules modèles sont mélangées avec la poudre céramique en une proportion donnée et le mélange est formé dans un moule par le procédé de la racle. Lors d'une quatrième étape, le moulage est calciné afin de fritter la poudre céramique en utilisant les particules modèles en tant que points de départ afin de produire un aggloméré céramique orienté. Une céramique qui transmet la lumière d'une structure (Sr,Ba)NbvOww est ainsi obtenue. Dans cette céramique, une partie du niobium a été remplacée par du zinc et/ou du magnésium en un rapport molaire supérieur ou égal à 0,004. Le procédé permet d'obtenir de manière peu coûteuse une céramique (Sr,Ba)Nb2O6 qui possède d'excellentes propriétés de transmission de la lumière et des propriétés optiques stables et satisfaisantes.
