Abstract

 本発明の無機質球状化粒子製造用バーナは、酸素又は酸素富化空気をキャリアガスとして用いて原料粉体を供給する原料粉体供給路と、前記原料粉体供給路の下流端に取り付けられた、多数の小孔を有する粉体分散板と、前記粉体分散板の下流端に取り付けられた分散管によって形成される原料分散室と、前記原料粉体供給路の外周に配置された燃料供給路と、前記燃料供給路の外周に配置された酸素供給路と、前記原料分散室の下流側に配置され、下流方向に沿って内径が拡大し、かつ、前記燃料供給路及び前記酸素供給路に連通する燃焼室とを備える。
