Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une lampe plane (1, l') à décharge dans l'UV et/ou le visible comportant des première et deuxième parois diélectriques (2, 3) en regard, maintenues parallèles et scellées en périphérique (8, 8'), délimitant ainsi un espace interne (10) rempli de gaz plasmagène et comprenant une source de lumière UV et/ou visible (6), des première et deuxième électrodes (4, 5) dans des plans distincts et parallèles aux première et deuxième parois, la première électrode (4) étant à un potentiel VO plus élevé que le potentiel Vl de la deuxième électrode et étant agencée dans l'espace interne (10), la deuxième électrode (5) étant associée à la deuxième paroi (3). Et la première électrode est espacée des première et deuxième parois et la lampe comprend une troisième électrode (5') associée à la première paroi et à un potentiel Vl' moins élevé que VO.
