Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et des procédés d'optimisation de l'efficacité et de protection d'un ou de plusieurs transducteurs générant un aérosol contre une détérioration pendant un fonctionnement dans une solution aqueuse chimiquement réactive, en utilisant une ou plusieurs techniques de barrière de protection pour éliminer une interaction chimique entre la solution aqueuse et les transducteurs, parmi d'autres caractéristiques du générateur comprenant ces transducteurs. Le procédé, selon la présente invention, produit un transducteur produisant un aérosol, le boîtier de transducteur et l'ensemble de transducteur devant être construits de manière à assurer un fonctionnement efficace, sur le long terme et exempt de problème dans une solution aqueuse chimiquement réactive.
