Abstract

 カーボンナノチューブをゲル電気泳動法により、それに含まれる金属型カーボンナノチューブと半導体型カーボンナノチューブに分離する。  この安価な設備と簡便な工程により、金属型CNTと半導体型CNTを含むCNTから両者を短時間で大量に効率良く分離精製することができ、かつスケールアップも容易で、工業的に極めて有利にCNTを分離することができる。
