Abstract

装置自体が小型且つ低コストで、しかも安定的・継続的に従来よりも安全な方法でマイナスイオンを発生させる液体を大量に製造することができる装置を提供するために、液体を吸い込む吸込口、及びこの吸込口より吸い込んだ液体を吐出する吐出口を有するケーシングと、このケーシング内に設けられ円板の外周部に多数の羽根を形成して成る羽根車と、この羽根車の外周に沿ってケーシング内に形成され吸込口より吸い込んだ液体を吐出口に導く流路と、を備え、流路の液体の流れる方向に対して直角方向の面積が、吸込口側から吐出口側に向かうに従って狭くなっている1段再生ポンプにおいて、吸込口側から吐出口側に向かうに従って液体の圧力が順次昇圧されていく流路の途中から圧力液体中に水素と酸素を送り込むガス流入手段を設けた構成とした。
