Abstract
Disclosed is a multi-channel-type sensor chip which enables to detect two or more pathogens for infectious diseases simultaneously. The sensor chip is essentially composed of a substrate (1) and an antibody-immobilized site provided on the substrate (1), wherein the antibody-immobilized site comprises a metal film (2) provided on the substrate (1), a self-assembled membrane (3) provided on the metal film (2), and an antibody (4,5) provided on the self-assembled membrane (3). In the sensor chip, two or more antibodies (4,5) may be immobilized so as to provide a multi-channel-type sensor chip.
