Abstract

【課題】精製の対象たるイムノグロブリンの立体構造の安定性が確保され、かつ損傷、機能の喪失、又は意図しない機能などの不具合が引き起こされないような条件下(pH5~9,60°C未満)で、それ自身の天然の立体構造の喪失と形成のコントロールが可能な、新規イムノグロブリン結合用ポリペプチドを開発し、これをアフィニティークロマトグラフィー用支持体に固定するリガンドとして使用すること。 【解決手段】配列番号1又は配列番号2のポリペプチドの変異体であって、pH5~9,60°C未満の条件下、イムノグロブリンとの結合性が、温度によって変化し得るものであることを特徴とするポリペプチド,及びその利用。
