Abstract

本発明は、発酵由来のコハク酸製造にあたり、複雑な工程を経ず、副生物が全てコハク酸製造に再利用可能なコハク酸アンモニウム溶液を効率よく製造するものであり、発酵由来のコハク酸アンモニウムを製造するに際し、  (1)コハク酸カルシウム・3水和物を微生物により製造する晶析発酵工程、  (2)コハク酸カルシウム・3水和物をコハク酸カルシウム・1水和物に転移晶析する転移工程  (3)コハク酸カルシウム・1水和物を分離する結晶分離工程  (4)分離したコハク酸カルシウム・1水和物をコハク酸アンモニウム溶液にする塩置換工程  (5)コハク酸アンモニウム溶液より炭酸カルシウム沈殿を除去する固液分離工程 からなる。
