Abstract

  従来の化学吸着膜は吸着剤と平坦な基材表面との化学結合のみを用いているため、水滴 接触角は高々120度程度止まりであり、蓮の葉のように水滴や汚れが自然に除去される ためには撥水撥油防汚性や離水性が乏しいという課題があった。  少なくとも基材表面に微粒子融着用の被膜を形成する工程と、前記被膜を溶解させない 溶媒に微粒子を分散した微粒子液を塗布、乾燥する工程と、焼成する工程と、前期被膜に 融着しなかった微粒子を洗浄除去する工程と、撥水撥油防汚性被膜を形成する工程を含む ことを特徴とする着氷着雪防止碍子及び電線、アンテナの製造方法、あるいは少なくとも 基材表面に溶媒に微粒子を分散した微粒子液を塗布、乾燥する工程と、焼成する工程と、 前期被膜に融着しなかった微粒子を洗浄除去する工程と、撥水撥油防汚性被膜を形成する 工程を含むことを特徴とする着氷着雪防止碍子及び電線、アンテナの製造方法により、氷 着雪防止碍子及び電線、アンテナを提供する。
