Abstract

　タルミやシワがないかまたは極めて少ない水溶性ＰＶＡフィルムのロール状物およびその製造方法を提供する。 　前記ロール状物は、２０°Cの水中において撹拌により溶解する水溶性ポリビニルアルコール系フィルムから形成され、前記フィルムは、乾燥工程を経た後の可塑剤含有率および水分含有率が、それぞれ１～３０重量％および１～１０重量％であり、ロール状物のフィルム間の間隙率が４～２５％である。次いで、このフィルムを、巻き取り工程において、皮膜の巻き取り張力が５～４０ｋｇｆ／１ｍ幅で筒状のコアに対して巻き取り、ロール状物を形成する。このロール状物から巻きだされたフィルムでは、その幅方向に存在するフィルムの歪み部分の合計幅が、フィルム全幅の１０％以下である。
