Abstract

　光源１２の出射光を拡散する拡散層１３と、Ｙ方向に延びる複数の第１凸部１５ａを周期Ｔ１で配列して拡散層１３からの入射光を屈折させて集光する第１集光層１５と、隣接する第１凸部１５ａの境界に対向する複数の第１反射部１４ａを有して拡散層１３の出射光を反射する第１反射層１４と、Ｘ方向に延びる複数の第２凸部１７ａを周期Ｔ２で配列して第１集光層１５からの入射光を屈折させて集光する第２集光層１７と、隣接する第２凸部１７ａの境界に対向する複数の第２反射部１６ａを有して第１集光層１５の出射光を反射する第２反射層１６とを備えた。
