Abstract

　携帯端末装置（２０）は、経路探索手段が探索した案内経路を表示する表示手段（２６）および現在位置を検出するＧＰＳ受信手段（２２）を備え、経路探索サーバ（３０）は、バス路線を運行する各バスの現在位置を収集して蓄積した運行情報データベース(３６)と、バスを用いた代替経路を評価して案内する代替経路案内手段（３３）と、を備える。案内経路に徒歩経路区間が含まれる場合、経路探索手段（３９）は、携帯端末装置（２０）の現在位置に基づいて運行情報データベース（３６）を参照し、携帯端末装置（２０）の利用者が乗車可能なバスを特定して徒歩経路区間を代替する代替経路を探索し、代替経路案内手段（３３）は、代替経路と案内経路の経路データを比較し、代替経路が案内経路より有利な経路である場合は、携帯端末装置（２０）に代替経路の存在を示す代替経路情報を送信し、表示手段（２６）に案内経路を表示するとともに代替経路の存在を案内する。
