Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de cintrage d'un tube comprenant une tête de cintrage (1) fixe en translations, des organes de préhension consistant en un système de pince (13, 14) porté par un disque (18) rotatif autour d'un axe correspondant à l'axe de préhension du dit système de pince, et des moyens de déplacement (32) dissociés de la tête de cintrage (1) et adaptés pour déplacer les organes de préhension (13, 14) dans l'espace selon toutes les directions et orientations autour de la dite tête de cintrage. De plus, cette unité de cintrage comprend une unité de gestion unique de commande et de synchronisation de l'ensemble des motorisations de la dite unité de cintrage, et notamment programmée pour synchroniser les moyens de déplacement des organes de préhension (13, 14) et la tête de cintrage (1) de façon à obtenir un déplacement d'un tube maintenu par les organes de préhension synchronisé avec l'opération de cintrage du dit tube.
