Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung, insbesondere einen Transponder, zur Erzeugung einer Zufallszahl mittels eines rückgekoppelten Schieberegisters (1), wobei ein erster Vorladewert (S1) mittels eines ersten Automaten erzeugt wird, ein zweiter Vorladewert (S2) mittels eines zweiten Automaten erzeugt wird, der erste Automat und der zweite mit unterschiedlichen Funktionsprinzipien arbeiten, so dass der erste Vorladewert (S1) und der zweite Vorladewert (S2) unterschiedliche Eigenschaften aufweisen, und das Schieberegister (1) mit dem ersten und/oder dem zweiten Vorladewert (S1, S2) nachgeladen wird.
