Abstract

　ジアミンとエピハロヒドリンとを水の存在下に開環付加反応させてテトラグリシジルアミノ化合物（ハロヒドリン体）とした後、得られたハロヒドリン体を相間移動触媒の共存下にアルカリ金属水酸化物と反応させて閉環反応を行い、該閉環反応で副生したアルカリ金属ハロゲン化物は水に溶解させて分液除去し、得られた有機層は水洗・分液した後、未反応のエピハロヒドリンを留去回収して分離される粗テトラグリシジルアミノ化合物を有機溶媒に溶解して水洗し、水洗・分液した後の有機溶媒は加熱減圧下に留去回収して製品のテトラグリシジルアミノ化合物を分離し、留去回収した有機溶媒にアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液を添加し加熱処理を行って精製処理した有機溶媒を再利用する。この方法により、製品中の残留エピハロヒドリン及び加水分解性ハロゲン含有量が少ない安定した品質のテトラグリシジルアミノ化合物を効率的に低コストで製造することができる。
