Abstract

Dispositif pour transformer l'eau claire de rinçage en eau savonneuse avec possibilité de réversibilité pour revenir à une eau claire de rinçage. L'invention concerne tout équipement permettant cette transformation réversible par ajout d'adjuvant ou pas, miscible à l'eau à caractère moussant et/ou rinçant. La fonction est de plus à utilisation rechargeable. La capacité de la cartouche est prévue pour plusieurs usages. Il est constitué d'un corps de pommeau (1) dans lequel est logée une cartouche (2) immobilisée par écrou (5). Un fond gaufré (4) permet la perforation de la cartouche. Un bouton poussoir (11) avec index (12) autorise l'eau à passer à l'intérieur de la cartouche (2) ou pas, suivant l'indexage choisi. Par passage à l'intérieur de la cartouche, l'eau se mélange à l'adjuvant et l'expulse du fond (4) gaufré, mais aussi troué pour initier un mélange moussant. Un changement d'indexation permet de revenir à une eau claire. Une extension du dispositif peut être réalisée par un boîtier renfermant plusieurs cartouches de type (2) permettant une variété de parfum, et susceptible de s'intercaler entre une source d'eau et son point d'utilisation.

Description

CARTOUCHE CONTENANT UN ADJUVANT DE LAVAGE POUR UN POMMEAU DE DOUCHE
La présente invention concerne un équipement permettant à tout utilisateur d'obtenir un mélange moussant ou/et rinçant, voire massant à partir d'une source d'eau et de son adjuvant à caractère rechargeable. La commande peut-être manuelle ou automatique. Il n'existe pas aujourd'hui sur le marché un tel produit. L'invention proposée remplit ce vide. Ce dispositif remédie à ce manque et participe à tout développement technique de matériel spécifique à la cosmétique et soins du corps. L'équipement de base de salle de bains ou de salle d'eau type douchette à mettre sur le marché adopte ce double concept :
• Transformer l'eau claire en eau savonneuse : la transformation est réversible. De même, tout adjuvant miscible à l'eau est à intégrer dans le périmètre de cette invention
• D'assurer le caractère rechargeable et pluriel de la fonction par un système de cartouche amovible.
Le développement des équipements susceptibles d'utiliser ce double concept, couvre les domaines suivants : 1°) Accessoires divers : tout boîtier pouvant s'intercaler entre une source d'eau et son point d'utilisation autorisant la fonction mélange et/ou rinçage. Il est prévu de développer un accessoire « multi-parfums d'adjuvant de douche ». Il s'agit d'un boîtier constitué de plusieurs sources d'adjuvants disponibles, offerts à l'utilisateur. La commande peut être manuelle ou motorisée. Cet accessoire sera le passage obligé entre l'alimentation d'eau et le pommeau, extension faîte aux robinets traditionnels pour une fonction moussante et nettoyante. Il sera positionné d'une manière ergonomique en salle de bains ou autre lieu de vie.
2°) Cartouche catalysante : l'invention repose aussi sur le principe d'avoir associé une circulation d'eau claire à une cartouche renfermant un adjuvant. Cet adjuvant est expulsé très progressivement de son contenant par l'eau claire ayant pénétré. Le mélange sortant (eau+adjuvant) est savonneux.
Le dispositif, selon l'invention est décliné dans un premier temps sur la création d'un pommeau de douche présentant 3 caractéristiques fondamentales * :
* La première caractéristique est constituée d'un bouton 3 positions, actionné manuellement, permettant à l'eau de prendre 2 directions : La première, par un canal spécifique dans l'ensemble du pommeau pour avoir une eau claire multi fonctions (rinçante, massante,etc... Application similaire aux produits du commerce d'aujourd'hui.
La deuxième, représentative du début de l'innovation, par un canal conduisant l'eau au travers d'une cartouche avec adjuvant. Cet additif entraîné par une eau claire au régime lamellaire, initie une transformation moussante au régime turbulent.
Un changement de position du bouton permet de revenir à une eau de rinçage.
La transformation est dite réversible. Le bouton poussoir est à fonctionnement du type marche/arrêt, avec deux choix de fonctionnement (avec mousse et sans mousse), mais permet aussi de couper l'arrivée momentanée du fluide. Deux trous à 90° permettent ce type d'utilisation, le système est démontable. L'étanchéité est assurée par joints toriques.
* La deuxième caractéristique est constituée par une cartouche renfermant un adjuvant. Sa capacité peut varier de 50 à 80 ml et reste à entériner. Elle est de forme cylindrique Sa partie supérieure est munie d'un autocollant pour empêcher le contenu de s'échapper lors du stockage.
Sa partie inférieure est conçue en feuille aluminium autorisant la perforation. La cartouche est centrée à l'intérieur du pommeau et maintenue par un écrou à « oreilles » avec joint d'étanchéité. Le serrage final de l' écrou autorise la perforation de la feuille aluminium et permet à l'adjuvant de s'écouler sous la pression de l'eau
* La troisième caractéristique se situe dans le corps du pommeau. Sa conception permet à l'eau claire de passer par sa partie périphérique, sans contact avec l'adjuvant, dans le cas d'application en eau de rinçage. Cette conception permet aussi à l'eau, si besoin, de passer par sa partie centrale, via l'intérieur de la cartouche pour réaliser son mélange.
De même, le pommeau possède un fond gaufré et troué, permettant la perforation de raluminium de la cartouche et l'expulsion du début de mélange : eau+adjuvant sous l'action de l'eau. Un couvercle avec buses en caoutchouc souple trouées, permet à l'adjuvant d'être expulsé sous la pression de l'eau ou d'être confiné dans la cartouche et en partie dans le couvercle (8) en cas d'arrêt de passage de l'eau. Le principe ainsi défini permet une multi utilisations de la cartouche. Selon le mode d'utilisation, le pommeau peut être équipé de couvercles, simple jet, jet massant, jet tourbillonnant, standard ou pas du commerce.
Le mariage fonctionnel, eau + bouton poussoir + cartouche, crée à l'intérieur du pommeau, un mélange moussant tourbillonnant initié et activé en sus par la technologie de conception de l'intérieur du pommeau. La fonction moussante peut être stoppée à tout moment, le pommeau retrouve alors un fonctionnement traditionnel en eau de rinçage. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
La figure (1) représente en coupe le dispositif adaptable à tout système utilisant cette invention. En référence à la figure 1, le pommeau comporte un corps (1) obtenu par différents process (fonderie, injection....). Il peut être en acier, aluminium, plastique et adopte plusieurs formes de design et revêtements de surface. Il présente en partie supérieure un puits pour loger la cartouche (2). Le fond du puits (3) est gaufré pour perforer celle-ci et possède quelques trous d'évacuation (4).
Un écrou à « oreilles » (5) avec joint d'étanchéité (6), maintien la cartouche en place. L' écrou est décolleté pour permettre à l'eau de passer en partie supérieure de la cartouche (repère 7).
Un couvercle (8) avec buses en caoutchouc souple trouées (9) retient l'adjuvant lorsque la cartouche n'est pas activée par le passage de l'eau en son sein.
Le couvercle est vissé sur le diamètre extérieur du puits. Les buses sont fixées en fond de couvercle. En partie inférieure et selon les modes d'utilisations, le pommeau peut être équipé de couvercles simple jet, massant, jet tourbillonnant, standard du commerce ou pas (repère 10). Un bouton 3 positions (11) situé en amont du pommeau, autorise le fonctionnement :
* fait office de robinet d'arrêt pour couper l'alimentation. Cette fonction ne peut être que momentanée, mais ne se substitue en rien à l'arrêt classique par le robinet ou mélangeur de l'installation,
* déclenche le mélange savonneux en dirigeant l'eau uniquement via la cartouche (mélange (a) seul), * permet à l'eau claire de passer uniquement par les buses (passage (b) seul).L'utilisation est des plus classiques. Un index (12) sélection le choix : Pétanchéité est assurée par 2 joints toriques (13). Deux trous à 90° initient le passage par (a) ou par (b).
Dans sa forme de réalisation, le corps (1), l'écrou (5) et le couvercle (8) peuvent sortir d'injection ou de fonderie. Eventuellement, une reprise d'usinage peut s'envisager.
Les épaisseurs de parois sont conçues approximativement d'égale valeur pour faciliter le process d'obtention. Globalement, le pommeau affichera un 0 d'environ 80 à 90mm pour une hauteur de 80 mm. Sa longueur oscillera entre 120 et 150 mm, bouton poussoir inclus.
Le bouton poussoir (11) obtenu de décolletage, fonderie ou injection est aussi un des éléments clés de l'invention ainsi que sa technologie.
Son ajustement sera de qualité « glissant » type H8 avec gorges pour joints toriques. Il s'ajustera dans la queue du pommeau. L'index (12) sera rapporté par vis poussoir.
Les 0 à 90° seront à déterminer par test de mise au point pour entériner les bonnes valeurs «Débit/Pression ». Le montage sur le pommeau sera des plus aisé.
La cartouche (2) ne présente pas de difficultés particulières d'élaboration. Seul le flaconnage et la viscosité de l'adjuvant, ainsi que son aptitude à mousser plus ou moins, seront à définir avec le fabricant. Détail de concept : il sera attaché une grande importance au caractère ergonomique de la partie préhension du pommeau.
Dispositif pour obtenir un mélange moussant, pour rincer, pour masser, et pour tous les soins du corps à partir d'une source d'eau, comportant un corps de pommeau (1) avec poignée ergonomique (14) présentant un puits en partie supérieure pour recevoir une cartouche (2) immobilisée par un écrou à oreilles (5), la partie intérieure du corps présente des canaux (a) et (b) pour diriger l'eau via la cartouche (2) ou pas suivant le positionnement de l'index (12) du Bouton poussoir (11), le passage de l'eau claire à l'intérieur de la cartouche (2) initie un mélange moussant et turbulent, un couvercle (8) avec buses en caoutchouc souple trouées permet de confiner l'adjuvant de la cartouche sans passage d'eau. Un bouton poussoir (11) constitue une partie du pommeau, permet à l'eau claire de passer via la cartouche (2) et permet à l'adjuvant d'être expulsé en passant au travers du fond (4) gaufré et troué.
Une cartouche (2) avec autocollant en partie supérieure et feuille d'aluminium en partie inférieure contient l'adjuvant qui est expulsé par action du bouton poussoir autorisant le passage de l'eau au travers de la cartouche, l'autocollant est enlevé et la feuille d'aluminium est perforée.
L'application du dispositif à tout boîtier à même de s'intercaler entre une source d'eau et son point d'utilisation autorisant la fonction réversible - mélange savonneux/ eau claire - et utilisé avec tout robinet ou équipement de puisage d'eau.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1°) Cartouche amovible de forme cylindrique Fig.l repère 2, munie en partie supérieure d'un autocollant pour empêcher le contenu moussant de s'échapper et conçue en partie inférieure avec feuille d'aluminium autorisant la perforation, laquelle cartouche renferme hermétiquement tout adjuvant de lavage ou soin du corps.
2°) Cartouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure d'un corps de pommeau (1) avec poignée ergonomique (14) puisse la recevoir, l'immobiliser par un écrou à oreilles (5) déclenchant en serrage final la perforation de sa feuille d'aluminium grâce au fond gaufre (4) du puits du pommeau et permettre la libération de l' adjuvant emprisonné.
3°) Cartouche selon la revendication 1 et la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'un bouton poussoir (11) avec index de positionnement (12) autorise l'eau claire à passer uniquement dans le canal (a), pour s'introduire ensuite à l'intérieur de la cartouche sur laquelle, l'autocollant aura été enlevé, libérant des trous, pour permettre à l'eau de rentrer, sortir par le fond du puits troué (4), du couvercle (8) équipé de buses caoutchouc (9) et s'être ainsi transformée en mélange savonnant ou autre, suivant l'adjuvant du soin du corps choisi.
4°) Cartouche selon la revendication 1, la revendication 2 et la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un bouton poussoir (11) avec index de positionnement (12) autorise l'eau claire à passer uniquement dans le canal (b) et alimenter un couvercle (10) de rinçage, simple jet, massant, tourbillonnant, standard, du commerce ou pas. Le nouvel indexage interdit à l'eau l'accès au canal (a) et le passage à l'intérieur de la cartouche (2).
5°) Cartouche selon la revendication I5 la revendication 2, la revendication 3 et la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que tout arrêt de passage d'eau à l'intérieur de la cartouche permet de conserver l'adjuvant disponible pour une autre utilisation , en le confinant aussi en partie à l'intérieur du couvercle (8), munie de buses caoutchouc souples, trouées (9) sensibles à la pression de l'eau pour se fermer ou s'ouvrir.
