Abstract

La Plateforme permet aux employeurs et aux chercheurs d'emploi de s'identifier, de se mettre en contact, et de coopérer les uns avec les autres, facilement. Les systèmes et procédés révélés collectent des données de profil pour des emplois, des employeurs, et des chercheurs d'emploi. Les données de profil incluent une spécification des niveaux de compétence que l'on possède ou que l'on souhaite posséder, dans le cas des chercheurs d'emploi, ou qui sont requises / recommandées, dans le cas de listes d'emploi. Les ensembles de compétences peuvent ensuite être confrontés pour déterminer la congruence entre les listes d'emploi et les chercheurs d'emploi, ainsi que pour mettre à disposition des informations quant aux manques de compétences. En outre, la Plateforme génère des profils de chercheur d'emploi approfondis contenant des notations de listes d'emploi qui permettent d'effecteur des recherches de liste d'emploi futures avec une spécificité hautement personnalisée. En mettant en relation des chercheurs d'emploi avec des opportunités d'emploi plus étroitement associées à leurs compétences et intérêts, la Plateforme augmente effectivement l'efficacité et le potentiel de succès des efforts d'embauche.
