Description

一种活动鞋垫及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋垫与其加工技术领域, 特别是指一种活动鞋垫及其 制作方法。 背景技术
众所周知, 鞋垫用以行走时能够对脚部起到保护且又具舒适感之设计, 其放置于鞋体内, 而所述活动鞋垫则是指可以自由从鞋体内抽换之鞋垫, 该类活动鞋垫亦就具有方便清洗之功效。
一般活动鞋垫大多选用热塑性材料加工而成,例如 EVA、 PVC、 PE棉等; 其中, 目前此类鞋垫有的单纯热塑性材料直接制成或者是所制成的热塑性 材料充当底板且于该底板上粘附面料而成, 但是, 由于上述热塑性材料的 物理特性所致, 往往因硬度不足而造成高变型率, 即过硬就穿着不适, 稍 软则易变形。
市场上还出现一些多介层面的活动鞋垫, 其均会存在上述习知技术的 缺陷, 并且在制作过程中通常是经人工操作模式将各成型后的单片层结构 逐一进行粘贴制成单个鞋垫, 而不能进行有规模地成批量生产, 故生产效 率低, 不利于市场竟争; 同时该多介层面表面粘贴不牢固, 或者是中间介 层面通常是外露于各层面之间的结构, 从而中间的介面层会因外界因素影 响导致受损现象发生, 不利于市场推广, 给消费者使用也带来困扰。 发明内容
本发明针对上述习知技术的不足, 主要目的在于提供一种新颖、 舒适 的多层组合结构之活动鞋垫, 其不易变形, 且又具有较佳的柔,软性, 同时 还解决了中间介层受外界影响导致磨损之问题。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种所述活动鞋垫的制作方法, 其可以实现 活动鞋垫的大规模批量生产, 提高生产效率。
为实现上述之目的, 本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种活动鞋垫的制作方法, 包括以下步驟:
( 1 )先准备一成片底材, 于该成片底材上方至少粘贴两片已成型的强 性材料中底, 然后在前述结合体的强性材料中底上方粘贴成片面料, 且对 应每一强性材料中底的面料边缘与底材直接粘贴; '
( 2 )将上述粘贴好的材料经成型模具依次压制成活动鞋垫, 且所制得 鞋垫的边缘是由面料与底材直接贴合结构, 使强性材料中底完全包覆于面 料与底材所组合的空间内。
本发明中制作方法优先方案如下:
所述面料包括布料或皮革或者还可以是由布料或皮革贴合一软层构 成, 其中, 成型后的软层与强性材料中底贴合; 所述软层的设置可增添相 应的柔软性, 其厚度依实际需求所决定。 所述底材可才艮据不 ^面料的选择 而使用布料或热塑性材料, 该热塑性材料可包括加热后模塑可定型的醋酸 乙烯酯共聚物 (EVA )棉、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )棉或聚乙烯(PE )棉; 所述强 性材料中底材料包括加热后模塑难以成型的乳胶海绵、 橡胶海绵或聚氨酯 ( PU ) 海绵及不易变形的材料。 所述软层即为凡能符合不影响结构特点的 材料即可。
一种 ^据上述方法所制成的活动鞋垫, 包括:
一底层;
一强性材料中底, 该强性材料中底粘贴于底层上; 以及; 一面料, 该面料粘贴于强性材料中底上面;
其中, 面料的外边缘与底层直接粘贴, 所述强性材料中底完全包覆于 面料与底层之间所组合的空间内, 即不会外露, 其作用在于通过面料与底 层直接组合结构来达到更好地保护强性材料中底不会受外界因素直接影响 而遭到损坏之效果。
本发明中活动鞋垫优选方案如下:
所述面料包括布料或皮革; 或者所述面料由布料或皮革贴合一层软层 构成, 该软层与强性材料中底贴合; 所述软层的设置可增添相应的柔软性, 其厚度依实际需求所决定; 所述底材可根据不同面料的选择而使用布料或 热塑性材料, 该热塑性材料可包括加热后模塑可定型的醋酸乙 '婦酯共聚物
( EVA )棉、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )棉或聚乙烯(PE )棉; 所述强性材料中底包 括加热后模塑难以成型的乳胶海绵、 橡胶海绵或聚氨酯(PU )海绵及不易 变形的材料。 所述软层即为凡能符合不影响结构特点的材料即可。
本发明与习知技术相比, 其制作方法之有益效果是可以实现活动鞋垫 的大规模成批生产, 提高生产效率; 利用本发明之制作方法所制成的活动 鞋垫, 其不易变形, 且又具有较佳的柔软性, 给消费者带来舒适感; 特别 是籍由强性材料中底不外露之设计结构能够有效地保证强性材料中底不受 外界因素而直接遭到磨损。 其结构简单, 实用性强。 附图说明

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
本实施例之底材选用热塑性材料, 该热塑性材料可以选用加热后模塑 可定型的醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA )棉、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )棉或聚乙烯(PE ) 棉。
请参阅图 1所示, 一种活动鞋垫的制作方法, 包括以下步驟:
( 1 )先准备一成片热塑性底材 10, 于该成片热塑性底材 10的上方粘贴 两片已成型的强性材料中底 20,然后在强性材料的中底 20上方粘贴成片面 料 30,该面料 30为布料或皮革; 对应每一强性材料中底 20的面料 30的边 缘 31与热塑性底材 20直接粘贴;
( 2 )将上述粘贴好的材料经成型模具依次压制成活动鞋垫 100, 所制得 鞋垫的边缘是由面料 30与热塑性材料底材 10直接贴合结构, 使强性材料 20中底完全包覆于面料 30与热塑性材料底材 10所组合的空间内。
所述强性材料可选用加热后模塑难以成型的乳胶海绵、 橡胶海绵或聚 氨酯(PU ) 海绵; 故相应材料是可以相互替换。 '
经上述实施例步骤 ( 1 )、 ( 2 )可完成成型活动鞋垫 100之批量生产, 而上述之制作方法还可以是在成片热塑性底材上粘贴复数片已成型的强性 材料中底, 在强性材料的中底上方同样粘贴成片面料, 然后通过成型模具 依次压制成活动鞋垫, 从而更好地实现批量生产。
如图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 一种用上述方法制得之活动鞋垫 100, 包括 一热塑性底层 11、 一强性材料中底 20以及一面料 30, 该面料为布料或皮 革。 其中, 强性材料中底 20粘贴于热塑性底层 11上, 而面料 30则粘贴于 强性材料中底 20上, 所述面料 30的外边缘与热塑性底层 11直接粘贴, 所 述强性材料中底 20完全包覆于面料 30与热塑性底层 11之间所组合的空间 内, 即不会外露, 其作用在于通过面料 30与热塑性底层 11直接组合结构 来达到更好地保护强性材料中底 20不会受外界因素而遭到损坏之效果。
综上阐述, 本发明制作方法之优点在于可以实现活动鞋垫的大规模成 批量生产, 无须传统手工制作, 从而提高生产效率, 有利于市场竟争; 同 时利用本发明之制作方法所制成的活动鞋垫, 其中强性材料中底完全包覆 于面料与底材所组合的空间内, 从而有效地保证强性材料中底不受外界直 接磨损; 并且通过强性材料中底与热塑性底材混合制成的活动鞋垫不易变 形, 且又具有较佳的柔软性, 给消费者带来舒适感; 其结构简单, 实用性 强。
如图 5、 图 6、 图 7所示, 本发明另一实施方式: 其将上述实施例 1中 的面料 30藉由布料或皮革贴合一软层而成, 且软层与中底直接紧贴, 其他 工艺与实施例 1相同, 故在此不加赘述; 其通过此方法所制得之活动鞋垫, 包括一热塑性底层 11、 一强性材料中底 20以及一面料 30, 该面料 30由布 料或皮革 301贴合一层软层 302组成; 其中, 强性材料中底 20粘贴于热塑 性底层 11上, 而面料 30的软层 302则粘贴于强性材料中底 20上, 所述面 料 30中布料或皮革 301外边缘 31与软层 302的外边缘 32直接贴合, 所述 软层 302的外边缘 32与热塑性底层 11直接粘贴, 所述强性材料中底 20完 全包覆于面料 30的软层 302与热塑性底层 11之间所组合的空间内, 即不 会外露, 其作用在于通过面料 30的布料或皮革 301、 软层 302与热塑性底 层 11直接组合结构来达到更好地保护强性材料中底 20不会受外界因素而 遭到损坏之效果; 而软层 302之设计可以更好地保证鞋垫的舒适性。
以上所述, 仅是本发明一种活动鞋垫及其制作方法较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制, 其中根据实际需求, 本发明底材还 可以布料, 而相对应的面料则可使用皮料来完成, 故凡是依据本发明的技 术实盾对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、 等同变化与 4 饰, 均仍属于本 发明技术方案的范围内。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种活动鞋垫的制作方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤:
( 1 )先准备一成片底材, 于该成片底材上方至少粘贴两片已成型的强 性材料中底, 然后在前迷结合体的强性材料中底上方粘贴成片面料, 且对 应每一强性材料中底的面料边缘与底材直接粘贴;
( 2 )将上述粘贴好的材料经成型模具依次压制成活动鞋垫, 且所制得 鞋垫的边鎊、是由面料与底材直接贴合结构, 使强性材料中底完全包覆于面 料与底材所组合的空间内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述一种活动鞋垫的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述面料 包括布料、 皮革。
3、 才 据权利要求 1所述一种活动鞋垫的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述面料 是由布料或皮革贴合一软层构成, 其中, 成型后的软层与强性材料中底贴 合。
4、 一种根据权利要求 1至 3中任何一项所制成的活动鞋垫, 其特征在于: 包括:
一底层;
一强性材料中底, 该强性材料中底粘贴于底层上; 以及;
一面料, 该面料粘贴于强性材料中底上面;
其中, 面料的外边缘与底层直接粘贴, 所述强性材料中底完全包覆于面 料与底层之间所组合的空间内。
5、根据权利要求 4所述活动鞋垫,其特征在于: 所述面料包括布料或皮革。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述活动鞋垫, 其特征在于: 所述面料由布料或皮革贴 合一层软层组成, 该软层与强性材料中底贴合。
