Abstract
L'invention porte sur un appareil et un procédé qui permettent le transfert par le vide d'un produit alimentaire. Une trémie (12) munie d'un orifice de décharge retient le produit alimentaire. Au moins une chambre à vide (16) comporte une entrée et une sortie, l'entrée étant couplée à l'orifice de décharge et la sortie comprenant un élément qui, sur une commande basée sur le temps, libère un produit de la chambre à vide. Une trémie de fractionnement (75) reçoit le produit en provenance de la chambre à vide et distribue un poids prédéterminé du produit.
