Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de décoration du fromage selon lequel une image est transférée d'un support sur un fromage au moyen d'un tampon ou ballon. Ceci permet de doter le fromage d'une image vers la fin du processus de production et d'accroître la flexibilité de ce processus de production, et également de réduire les coûts dus aux défaillances afin d'éviter des livraisons non conformes.
