Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de roulettes de roller en ligne. Après fabrication du moyeu en plastique par moulage par injection, on moule le premier produit (moyeu en plastique) avec insertion de polyuréthane durci dans la partie centrale et sur le bord du boudin en contact avec la surface de roulement, ce qui permet d'atteindre des vitesses de déplacement remarquables en ligne droite. On introduit enfin un polyuréthane au centre et dans le bord du boudin dans le but de l'empêcher de patiner, ceci en augmentant les frottements avec la surface de roulement dans les virages larges ou serrés.
