Definitions
- the invention relates to a roller blind arrangement for a vehicle roof according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Such a roller blind arrangement is known from DE 199 10 830 C1 and comprises a roller blind, which can be wound on a winding device designed as a winding shaft. At the end facing away from the winding device, the roller blind on a pull bar, which is provided on both sides with a guide shoe on which a respective cable pulls.
- the cables act in the unwinding of the roller blind and are wound during unwinding of the roller blind from the winding device each provided on a winding device on the winding coil or winch.
- a deflection device is provided for each cable pull, via which the respective cable pull is guided by the winding shaft to the pull bar and which is mounted by means of a spring.
- a Roolo arrangement in which a roller blind can be wound on or unwound from a winding tube.
- the roller blind is guided laterally in guide rails and for this purpose has on both sides in each case a flexible, flat guide strip which extends along the withdrawal direction of the roller blind and is guided in one of the guide rails.
- the guide tape can be sewn into a pocket of the fabric of the roller blind and is also wound up on the winding tube during winding of the roller blind on the winding tube.
- the invention has for its object to provide a roller blind arrangement of the aforementioned type with a simple structure, which is optimized in particular with regard to the number of components.
- the roller blind arrangement according to the invention therefore comprises a cable pull system with at least two cable pulls, which can be wound onto and unwound from a coiling reel and one of which exerts a pulling force acting on the drawstring in the opening direction of the roller blind web when the roller blind is wound onto the winding device and the other when unwinding the roller blind from the winding shaft exerts a force acting in the closing direction of the roller blind tensile force on the towing bow.
- roller blind arrangement is thus solely by the exercise of a suitably directed
- actuation ie for releasing or shading of the relevant roof area by means of the Roof lane, are therefore only the two cables, driven by a drive motor winch, unwound in the operation of one of the two cables and the other of the two cables is wound, and a deflection for at least one of the cables required so that the two cables can attack in opposite directions to the pull bar.
- the said components for actuating the roller blind which allow a cost-effective implementation of a roller blind, can be integrated to save space in a vehicle roof.
- the drive motor for the cable winch or reel spool of the cables can be arranged at any desired position.
- the drive motor is arranged together with the cable winch outside the laterally projected travel path of the roller blind and positioned either in withdrawal before or behind a roof opening which can be shaded by means of the roller blind arrangement or by means of the roller blind.
- the drive unit comprising the cable winch can also be integrated at another location in the relevant vehicle roof, for example laterally next to the travel path of the roller blind.
- the roller blind on lateral guide areas which are each guided in a vehicle-fixed guide rail and which are each provided with an extending in the withdrawal direction, band-like scroll spring.
- a coil spring winds itself on when no forces counteracting this effort are initiated.
- this means that the roller spring is held substantially flat in the guide areas of the roller blind and extends outside the guide areas, ie. H. in the area of the winding device, wound up automatically, so that there also automatically wound up the roller blind.
- the roller springs each wrap on a bolt of the winding device, the front side has a guide plate.
- the guide plate forming a collar serves as a lateral guide device for the respective roller spring, which ensures that, when the roller blind is wound onto the winding device, the roller blind web essentially extends transversely to the winding direction. is kept taut.
- This embodiment makes a roller blind on which the roller blind can be wound, dispensable.
- the cables are deflected approximately U-shaped on the pull bar and guided in the region of the pull bar transversely to the pull-out direction of the roller blind, wherein an end of the cable pull facing away from the cable winch is fixed to the vehicle in each case.
- the force required to open or close the roller blind is halved relative to an arrangement in which the cables are connected with their ends directly to the pull hoop.
- the cable winch which acts on the cables and can be provided with guide grooves or grooves for the cables, must also be rotated twice as fast to achieve the same opening or closing speed of the roller blind.
- the deflection device required for this purpose is arranged approximately at the level of the winding device for the roller blind and the drive unit on the opposite side of the shadowable by means of the roller blind area of the vehicle roof. A reversal of the order of deflection and drive unit is possible.
- the towing bow is designed for example as a hollow profile, in which the cables are guided in the vehicle transverse direction.
- the Switzerlandspriegel for guiding the cables on both sides each have at least one roller. Since the two cables are driven in opposite directions, it is sufficient to provide on both sides in each case a roller on which both cables are guided. But it is also conceivable, both sides of the Wernergels which each have a role for each cable, i. to provide a total of four rollers. For deflecting the cables in the region of the drawbar, however, curved sliding surfaces can also be provided with a groove for guiding the relevant cable pull or the like.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of a vehicle roof
- FIG. 2 is a highly schematic plan view of a roller blind assembly according to the invention
- FIG. 3 shows a bolt of a winding device for winding up a roller blind of the roller blind arrangement
- a motor vehicle 10 is shown with a vehicle roof 12, which is provided with a roof cutout 14 which is closed by means of a transparent Deckelele Mentes 16.
- the vehicle roof 12 For shading the roof opening 14, the vehicle roof 12 comprises a roller blind arrangement 18, which is shown in FIG. 2 in isolation.
- the blind assembly 18 comprises a roller blind 20, which is formed from a flexible, rollable fabric and can be wound on a winding device 22 or unwound from this.
- the winding device 22 which is shown in particular with reference to FIG. 3, comprises on both sides of the blind sheet 20 arranged and mirror-symmetrical pin 24, which are fixed to the vehicle and at its free end face a guide plate 26, whose function will be described later in more detail.
- the roller blind arrangement 18 therefore does not have a separate winding shaft. Rather, the roller blind 20 when opening, d. H. when releasing the roof opening 14 directly wound on the bolt 24.
- the roller blind 20 has, at its side areas extending along the pull-out direction, guide belts 28A and 28B which, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 4, are formed from a metal strip forming a roll spring, each extending in a guide channel 30 in a vehicle longitudinal direction Guide rail 32 is guided.
- the guide belts 28A and 28B have such a spring bias that they are outside the respective guide rail 32, that is to say wind up automatically in the area of the winding device 22 or the pin 24 and thus cause the roller blind 20 to be wound onto the pin 24 when the roller blind 20 is retracted.
- the guide belts 28A, 28B are guided on the guide plate 26 of the respective bolt 24 on their side facing the vehicle longitudinal center plane. This ensures that the roller blind 20 in the rawwiekel- th state incolaguercardi remains taut.
- an electric motor 34 which is coupled via a not-shown reduction gear with a winch 36.
- the winch 36 is in the region of a front cowl 38 of the vehicle roof 12, d. H. integrated in the roof structure in front of the roof opening 14.
- two cables 40 and 42 are fastened, which can be wound on the cable winch 36 in opposite directions or unwound from the cable winch 36 in opposite directions.
- the two cables 40 and 42 act to open or close the roller blind 20 on a trained as a hollow profile Wegspriegel 44, which extends at the end facing away from the winding device 22 of the roller blind 20 in the vehicle transverse direction, and thus effect upon actuation of the electric motor 34 each According to the direction of rotation, a winding or unwinding of the roller blind 20 on the winding device 22 or by the winding device 22nd
- the cable 40 is guided by the winch 36 directly to the Werner cup 44, there deflected by a roller 46 by 90 °, passed through the Werner gel 44 and deflected at the end facing away from the roller 46 to another roller 48 again by about 90 ° and with one of the
- Winch 36 facing away from free end 50 via a mounting facilitating the assembly and an elongation of the cable 40 from equivalent tension spring 52 mounted vehicle-mounted.
- the cable pull 40 is therefore deflected starting from the cable winch 36 on the drawbar 44 is substantially U-shaped.
- the cable 42 is first guided to a guide roller 54, which is arranged approximately at the level of the winding device 22, there deflected by about 180 ° and so guided to the guide roller 46, which is arranged on the draw bar 44.
- the cable 42 is then deflected by about 90 °, guided by the Wernergel 44 and at the end facing away from the roller 46 of the Werspriegels 44 on the roller 48 again deflected by about 90 ° and in the region of the second bolt of the winding device 22 out there and with a winch 36 facing away from the end 56 on a facilitating the assembly and an elongation of the cable 42 compensating tension spring 58 mounted vehicle-mounted.
