Abstract

A method for sample analysis is provided, as well as a system for performing the method. In certain embodiments, the method comprises contacting a test sample with a quantum dot-labeled protein, and evaluating binding of an analyte protein in the test sample to the quantum dot-labeled protein using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS).
