Abstract

The invention provides a crystallized ITPK1 molecule. The three-dimensional coordinates of the crystal structure of ITPK1 are obtained by X-ray diffraction. The coordinates can be used for studying the ITPK1 structure and designing, screening and developing compounds that modulate ITPK1 activity.
