L'invention concerne une transmission à éléments intermédiaires assurant un rendement plus élevé et à la fois une plus grande précision. Selon l'invention, dans une transmission à éléments intermédiaires, comprenant un boîtier, des arbres d'entraînement et entraîné, une came avec une surface de travail conique et un dispositif de réglage axial monté sur l'arbre d'entraînement, une roue centrale avec des dents internes et un carter dans les logements duquel on a monté des éléments intermédiaires destinés à interagir avec la came et les dents internes de la roue centrale, les dents internes de la roue centrale on une surface latérale dont la génératrice est orientée à un certain angle par rapport à son axe central.
