Definitions
- the present invention relates to an easily openable / closable sealed container having a structure in which a sealing film is adhered to an upper surface of a flange portion surrounding an opening of a plastic pack container, and the pack container is hermetically sealed.
- tofu in a pack is made by placing tofu in a plastic container and then sealing it with a plastic film. Because of the quality of the product, the film is completely bonded. Because it is very difficult to peel off the adhesive part by hand, it is listed as the head of the most difficult-to-open packaging among similar products. Tofu is heavy and easy to break shape, but packed tofu does not have the risk of being damaged or being peeled off if handled inadvertently while in the display case. However, when opening it, it is necessary to cut the film with a knife knife. Best is a container that meets the contradictory requirements of hermetic integrity and ease of opening, but no other container is known to meet that requirement.
- Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-1 9 9 3 6 discloses a technique for filling and packaging the contents, and the invention of the same number partially forms a cover material and a non-fusible peeling portion on the bottom material. It is intended to give an opening chance by pinching the peeling part with a fingertip and opening it. However, it is unlikely that opening a tofu pack with perfect adhesion will be facilitated even if a non-fusible release part is provided at the corner of the pack container. This is because the container material is flexible and cannot be pressed with force.
- the present inventor first folded the flange portion surrounding the opening of the pack container.
- a sealed container with a folding part that can be easily taken out without peeling off the film with a strong sealing part
- Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2 0 0 6 1 2 1 7 9 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2 0 0 6 1 2 1 7 9 1
- a folding groove is formed to fold the flange portion.
- the flange part may be bent at the time of shipment by the container manufacturer, and it may be bent even during the food packaging process or store display. was there. Even if it bends at the groove, there is no concern that the contents will leak out, but the fact that it is folded causes anxiety.
- the present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned circumstances, and its object is to make it possible to open the sealed container reliably and easily. Another object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-open sealed container that can satisfy the contradicting demands of completeness of sealing and ease of opening. Means for solving the problem
- the present invention provides a sealed container having a configuration in which a sealing film is bonded to an upper surface of a flange portion surrounding an opening of a plastic pack container, and the opening is sealed.
- a rupture part consisting of a separation line and a connection part in part or all of the part
- the flange part can be separated into an inner part near the opening and an outer part near the periphery, and the rupture part
- a peeling film is adhered to the lower surface of the formed flange portion, a peeling start portion protruding outward or inward from the flange portion is provided on a part of the peeling film, and the peeling film is attached to the flange portion.
- the sealed container according to the present invention has a configuration in which a sealing film that covers the opening and seals the pack container is bonded to the upper surface of a flange that surrounds the opening of the plastic pack container. Therefore, it can be considered that it is common in the past that it is difficult to peel off the seal portion by hand.
- a sealing film is adhered to the upper surface of the flange portion surrounding the opening, and a reinforcing function is provided on the lower surface of the flange portion.
- a part of or all of the flange part is formed with a rupture part composed of a separation line and a connection part, so that the inner part and the outer part can be separated in advance. Is.
- the flange part Since the flange part is separable into the inner part and the outer part, the flange part should not be bent.
- the flange part which can be separated into an inner part and an outer part, adheres a sealing film that seals the opening to the upper surface, and simultaneously attaches a peeling film having a reinforcing function to the lower surface. Therefore, the integrity of the inner part and the outer part is maintained by the film on both the upper surface and the lower surface.
- an integral flange portion may be structured to be separated into an inner portion and an outer portion by cutting, or the outer portion is abutted against a narrow flange portion having only the inner portion, and is integrally formed by a connecting portion.
- a container in which the inner part and the outer part of the flange part are integrated by a connecting part may be formed at the time of vacuum forming at the container manufacturer. That is, the separable structure of the flange portion is a broken line or chain line separation structure composed of a separation line separating the flange portion into two parts inside and outside and a connecting part connecting the two parts inside and outside.
- the structure which can be separated into the inner part and the outer part of the flange part may be provided in the entire flange part provided so as to surround the opening of the pack container, or only in a part. May be.
- the cut line may or may not be connected to a single stroke.
- a peeling film and a sealing film having a reinforcing function are bonded to both the lower surface and the upper surface, and the adhesive point is the flange part. It is a necessary requirement to cover both sides of the inner part and the outer part.
- the strong adhesive part is a sealing film Applies to bonding to the outer part of the flange.
- the flat shape of the opening is a quadrilateral and the broken part is formed on two, three, or four sides of the quadrilateral flange portion
- a pack container for tofu Can be used as a peeling film that adheres to the lower surface of the flange part, and is a punched type film that is formed by a single piece that is almost the same shape as the fractured part of the flange part on two, three, or four sides.
- the linear tape has a width slightly smaller than the width of the lower surface of the flange portion.
- the size of the pack container is about 12 X 8 cm. If the flange width is about 9 mm, the tape is 0.5 to 1.0 mm narrow and 8 to 8.5 mm (about 5 to 11 percent less than the flange width). Is the best.
- the greatest advantage of using linear tape is that it uses only 10 to 15% of the punched film and costs little.
- the formation of the fractured part on the flange part can be done with an existing punching machine at the pack container manufacturer, so only the process of adhering the linear tape can be performed thereafter.
- the device can be manufactured at low cost. Since only the bonding process is added, it is easy to add the bonding process part to the mold punching machine in the pack container manufacturer, and mass productivity is not impaired.
- the linear tape can be bonded in one direction, two parallel parts at once, or three or more directions at a time. When adhering a linear film to two or more flanges, the linear film that adheres first needs to have double-sided adhesion that adheres to the film that will be adhered later. On the other hand, since the film to be bonded later may be bonded to the previously bonded film, it may be one-sided adhesive.
- Linear tape can be used in the case of a pack container having a polygonal shape, such as a quadrilateral shape, in which the planar shape of the opening is a quadrilateral.
- a quadrangular shape for example, a triangular shape, a pentagonal shape, a hexagonal shape, and an octagonal shape are highly likely to be actually used as food containers, and the present invention can be applied to any of them.
- the present invention can be applied to a pack container having a circular or elliptical opening at the opening, and is not circular. If there is a ruptured part of the flange part of the oval pack container, or if it has a ruptured part, a release film that adheres to the lower surface of the flange part can be Formed by a monolith of shape.
- a peeling start part should be provided so as to project outward or inward from the peeling film, and then the longitudinal peeling along the flange part should be started. Can do.
- the peeling start part can be formed by means such as providing an overhanging part on the peeling film, but if the peeling film is a punching die, it may be provided only at one place or at several places. May be provided.
- the peeling start portion is located outside or inside the flange portion of the pack container, and the inner position is a position that is not easily visible from the outside, but the pack container is manually touched. If you have a finger, the fingertip holding the flange will touch it, so what will it be? This gives us a chance to realize that it is a means of opening. The outside one is clearly understandable.
- the peeling start portion can be colored so as to stand out.
- the word “film” is used for both the peeling film and the sealing film. This does not mean that both films may be the same or similar, but they are the same.
- the peeling film reinforces the flange that is divided into two parts, the inner part and the outer part, at the fractured part. For this reason, a thick film is used, but a sealing film is not necessary. It is.
- the commonly used sheet for a thickness of 1/100 inch, ie about 0.25 mm or more, is more suitable for peeling and reinforcing film, and about 0 for sealing film. 2 2 5 mm or less is acceptable.
- the pack container is made of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate, polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, or a material having the same effect as these, and when the sealing film and the peeling film are adhered, the flange portion is a separation line. It is desirable to have a strength that does not cause bending. However, the connection must peel off the release film and be easily broken by the fingertip when exposed. Such a resin is suitable as a material having a certain limited toughness.
- the peeling start portion is easy to understand, and can be easily opened by peeling vertically along the flange portion.
- those who pack products such as tofu, those who transport and sell products in packed containers, or consumers at the end, uneasy to open, for example, in the manufacturing and distribution process

- 1 1 is a pack container having a quadrilateral planar shape of the opening, and 1 2 is a quadrilateral. It is a flange portion surrounding the opening, and has an inner portion 13 located near the opening with the fracture portion 19 as a boundary, and an outer portion 14 near the periphery. 15 also covers and seals the pack container opening.
- 1 6 is a peeling film having a reinforcing function, and is bonded to the lower surface of the flange portion 1 2 where the rupture portion 1 9 is formed across the two portions of the inner portion 1 3 and the outer portion 14.
- 17 is the inner adhesive part
- 18 is the outer adhesive part (see Fig. 7 and Fig. 8).
- the sealing film 15 is adhered after a product such as tofu is placed in the pack container 11.
- the break portion 19 that divides the flange portion 1 2 into the inner portion 1 3 and the outer portion 14 is separated by a separating line 1 9 a so that the outer portion 14 can be separated.
- a connection 1 9 b that has not yet been disconnected In the example breakage part 1 9, a very short connection part 1 9 b is arranged between the long parting lines 1 9 a.
- the length and width dimensions of the parting line 1 9 a and connection part 1 9 b are arbitrary.
- the connection part 1 9 b the conditions for both the prevention of breakage of the inner part 1 3 and the outer part 1 4 and the ease of breaking at the time of opening until the release film 16 is adhered Must be satisfied. In the state before opening the sealing film 15 and the peeling film 16 are bonded to the flange portion 1 2, even if a bending force is applied to the flange portion 1 2, the integrity of the flange portion 1 2 is maintained. Yes.
- FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show the form of a single pack container in which the separation part 19a and the connection part 19b are formed.
- the pack container 10 is for 1 tofu and is made of polypropylene with a sheet thickness of 0.4 mm
- the length of the cut line 19 b formed by the knife of the processing machine is about 25 mm.
- the width is almost visible as a line (about 0.1 mm)
- the length of the connecting part 19 b is about 0.1! It may be in the range of ⁇ 0.3 mm, which is a size that cannot be understood without care.
- the above numerical values are merely examples, and can be arbitrarily selected according to conditions such as the thickness of the sheet and film and the size of the pack container.
- the fracture portion 19 is formed in the flange portion 12 by the knife of the processing machine.
- the broken portion 19 is connected so that the inner portion 13 and the outer portion 14 are not divided by the connecting portion 19 b (FIG. 6).
- the peeling film 16 is bonded to the lower surface of the flange portion 12 and bonded by the inner bonding portion 17 and the outer bonding portion 18 (FIG. 7).
- the adhesive strength of both the inner adhesive portion 17 and the outer adhesive portion 18 may be weak, but the release film 16 is made of a material that remains weak even when the adhesive temperature is raised.
- the sealing film 15 is adhered to the upper surface of the flange portion over the two portions of the inner portion 13 and the outer portion 14 (FIG. 8). Sealing film 1 5 and flange part 1 2
- the sealing film 1 5 and the peeling film 1 6 are bonded to each other at four places, two on the upper part and one on the upper part of the fracture part 19 of the flange part 12. Yes. Of these four locations, in the above-described form 1, strong adhesion is provided only at the outer adhesive portion 24 of the sealing film 15 therein, and the other three locations are all weakly bonded. It is possible to maintain a good balance with the weak adhesion of three places to the strong adhesion of one place, and keep the sealed state. When the peeling film 1 6 is peeled off when opening, the sealing film 15 Only weak inner adhesive part 2 3 vs. strong outer adhesive part 2 4, and can be easily peeled off.
- the peeling film 16 of the first embodiment having a reinforcing function is formed in a frame shape having a width slightly smaller than the width of the lower surface of the flange portion 1 2 and a length corresponding to the actual size (FIG. 9). ) The four sides are continuous. A part of the peeling film 16 is provided with a peeling start part 21 projecting outward from the flange part 12.
- the example peeling start part 2 1 is formed in two fingertips at positions corresponding to the corners, and is provided wider than the width of the peeling film 16 and cut into the base of the overhanging part 2 2
- the release film 16 is cut into two at the position of the notch 22 so that peeling can proceed vertically.
- the peeling start portion 21 may be colored so as to stand out.
- the release film 16 in FIG. 9 can be adhered to the laid pack container 11 1 by pressing it from above the release film 16 with a high-temperature heater.
- the flange portion 1 2 of the pack container 11 1 has already been formed with a rupture portion 19 comprising a separating line 19 a and a connection portion 19 b as shown in FIG.
- Glue film 1 6 to flange part 1 2 and then wrap the to-be-wrapped material, such as tofu, konnyaku, etc. 2 in the container 1 1, and finally attach the sealing film.
- the packaging process will be described in detail later with reference to FIG.
- FIG. 12 to FIG. 14 show a method of opening the sealed container 10 in which the peeling start portion 21 described above is extended outward.
- Point to peeling start part 2 1 when opening Pick it up and pull it down cut off the release film 16 with a notch-shaped cut 22 (Fig. 13), and place the weakly bonded parts (17, 18) vertically along the flange 12 Peel off.
- the release film 16 is peeled off and removed, the disconnection line 19 a and the connection part 19 b are exposed (Fig. 13 shows the back side), so the connection part of the fracture part 19
- the sealing film 15 can be peeled off while breaking 1 9.
- the connecting part 19 b is broken, the sealing film 15 is only bonded to the weakly bonded part 2 3 inside the upper surface. When compared to the force required to peel off the film, it can be opened with very little force. See Figure 14.
- the peeling start part 2 1 is not limited to two diagonally in the case of the type projecting outward as shown in the examples of Fig. 1 to Fig. 14 so far, but only one location as shown in Fig. 15 However, it is possible to peel the entire circumference, but there is a possibility that it will be shredded along the way. Therefore, Fig. 16 shows an example in which the peeling start part 21 is provided at each of the four corners, and not only the four sides can be peeled off separately, but also the four sides can be peeled off reliably.
- Fig. 17 is an example of a release film 16 'formed in a substantially C shape that adheres to the three sides of the pack container 1 1 and projects outward from the flange portion 1 2 of the pack container 1 1 at the tip. The peeling start portion 2 1 is formed.
- Fig. 18 shows an example of an approximately L-shaped release film 16 1 that adheres to two sides of the pack container 11.
- the peeling start portion can be configured to project inward from the flange portion 12.
- Figures 19 to 23 show examples of inward overhang.
- Fig. 19 to Fig. 21 are illustrations of the peeling start part 3 1 provided not at the corner of the peeling film 16 but at the intermediate position of the side, and it is obliquely projected to give direction to the peeling.
- An oblique notch 3 2 is provided at the base.
- the number and position of the peeling start part 3 1 can be arbitrarily changed.
- Fig. 2 2 shows only one peeling start part 3 1
- Fig. 2 3 shows four pieces, one on each of the four sides.
- the example which has the peeling start part 3 1 is shown. The meaning of these examples is the same as explained in Fig.15 and Fig.16.
- the quadrangular pack container 1 1 is targeted.
- the present invention can also be applied to a circular pack container.
- the peeling film 36 will be described with reference to FIG. It will look like Figure 27.
- the sealing film that seals the opening of the circular pack container is also bonded to the pack container in the same manner as the examples shown in FIGS. Figure 2 4 is a circular ring-shaped release film 3 6
- FIG. 26 shows an example of a circular ring-shaped peeling film 36 for a circular pack container, in which only one inward peeling start portion 51 is provided in an inclined shape. 5 2 indicates a notch.
- FIG. 27 shows an example in which three inward peeling start portions 5 1 are provided in an inclined manner on a circular ring-shaped peeling film 36 at equal intervals.
- Such a film is made of a film such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyester (UP) whose surface is resistant to heat and is not easily torn, and on the back side is a sealant film (for example, a sealing film 1).
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- UP polyester
- a sealant film for example, a sealing film 1
- CMPS 0 1 3 C manufactured by Tosero
- CMPS 2 0 1 C is suitable for the release film.
- the film is strong against tearing and is a composite film consisting of a film that serves as an adhesive means, or a film that has both tear strength and adhesive performance, use the respective characteristics due to temperature changes.
- it can be used as a sealing film 15 or a peeling film 16.
- Fig. 30 shows a part of the packaging process, when the first heater for inner bonding part 63 and the second heater for outer bonding part 64 are lifted up after bonding. .
- the entire manufacturing apparatus will be described later with reference to FIG. 6 1 indicates a bucket on which the container is placed, and 6 2 indicates rubber for cushioning.

- 6 5 indicates a guide roller for the sealing film 15.
- the first heater 6 3 may be bonded not only to the inner bonding portion 2 3 but also to the entire flange portion 1 2.
- the first heater 63 and the second heater 64 can be interchanged.
- the container When the container is manufactured by a container manufacturer, it may be manufactured one by one as described above, but this is a problem in that it is very expensive. Therefore, when forming a container by forming the original sheet into a horizontal row, for example, about 10 pieces by a molding machine, and then punching the outer edge one row at a time to make a container, it is used that the molded container comes out in the face down state. Between the molding machine and the punching machine, a fracture part 19 is formed on the flange part 12 of the molded container in a device for forming the fracture part 19 in the horizontal row 10 in one row, and the fracture part 19 is formed thereon.
- Peeling film 5 3 In the same way, the film is punched out with a device that punches out only 10 rows in a horizontal row (square shape, Fig. 28, round shape, Fig. 29). As the container 1 1 advances, the peeling film 1 6 fits into the pack container 1 1, and after the molded product and the peeling film 16 are integrated by a heat heater, the molded sheet and the peeling film are cut by a punching machine. Make a lot cheaper by punching together 1 Door can be. 5 4 indicates the planned cutting line. However, if there are peeling start portions 2 1 and 4 1 on the outside of the flange portion 12, the dimensions are different depending on whether the pack container 11 is punched or the peeling film 16 is punched, which is technically very difficult. However, in the case of the inner peeling start portions 31 and 51, since the punching dimensions are the same, not only is it easy, but there is an advantage that it is possible to manufacture at a lower cost because there is no need to change the punching die.
- the planar shape of the opening is a quadrilateral like the pack container 1 1 of the first form, and the fractured portion 19 is formed on the two sides, three sides, or four sides of the quadrilateral flange portion. 2 side, 3 side or It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a peeling film is adhered to each side without being formed by an integral body having substantially the same shape as the fractured portion of the flanges on the four sides.
- a linear tape that is individually adhered to each of the two, three, or four sides is used as the peeling film 76 to be adhered to the lower surface of the flange portion 12.
- FIGS. 31 to 36 A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 31 to 36 using a linear tape. Similar to the example shown in FIG. 1, the examples in FIGS. 3 1 to 3 6 are intended for a pack container 1 1 whose opening has a quadrilateral planar shape. Broken portions 19 are formed on all four sides of 2. In the example of FIG. 1, reference numerals are used for those already described, including the sealing film 15, and detailed description will not be repeated again.
- the exfoliating film 7 6 shown in the example uses a long linear film 7 6 a to be bonded first and a short linear film 7 6 b to be bonded later, both of which are adhesive on both sides.
- the linear films 7 6 a and 7 6 b are bonded to the lower surface of the flange portion 12 over both the inner portion 1 3 and the outer portion 14.
- the long and short linear films 7 6 a and 7 6 b are arranged just like a cross girder, and in FIG. 3, the long and short straight films 7 6 a and 7 6 b, and the intersecting portions where they overlap 7 6 c Shows a different pattern.
- the illustrated long linear film 7 6 a is cut to such a length as to protrude outward from the flange portion 1 2, and the linear film 7 6 a provided with the peeling start portion 7 1 is the film 7 6 a.
- the gap between the pack containers 1 1 is opened by the amount corresponding to the separation start part, and the above A peeling start portion 7 1 having a protruding length corresponding to the interval is provided.
- the peeling film 76 which is also a reinforcing tape, completely covers the separation line 19a of the fractured part 19.
- Which of the long linear film 7 6 a and the short linear film 7 6 b constituting the peeling film 76 is to be bonded first is a matter determined by selection. Depending on the result of the selection, whether the peeling start part 7 1 is provided on the long linear film 7 6 a or the short linear film 7 6 b, or how to change the direction thereof, the number is one or two. It is possible to set items such as how to provide 8 ranges.
- a step is inevitable in the overlapping portion of the long linear film 7 6 a and the short linear film 7 6 b. See Fig. 3-4 and Fig. 35.
- the film thickness is 0.04 It is as thin as ⁇ 0.05 mm (40 ⁇ 50), and pressure is applied by an adhesive heater, so if it is made of heat-welding resin, the film itself, or resin film that is not heat-welding In the case where the adhesive is adhered to each other, the adhesive melts and fills the gap, so that it is sealed and there is no fear of leaking liquid.
- the sealing film 1 5, the peeling film 7 6 composed of the long linear film 7 6 a and the short linear film 7 6 b are adhered to the flange portion 1 2 of the pack container 1 1.
- the formed structure has almost the same structure as the example shown in FIG. 1 as shown in FIG. That is, the sealing film 15 and the peeling film 76 are four parts in total, each of the inner part 1 3 and the outer part 1 4 with respect to the fracture part 19 above and below the flange part 1 2.
- strong adhesion is provided only at the outer adhesive portion 24 of the sealing film 15 and the other three portions are weakly bonded. Therefore, three weak bonds are attached to one strong bond, and the balance as a whole is maintained and the sealed state is maintained.
- FIG. 37 is an example of an apparatus for manufacturing the second embodiment shown in FIG. 31 to FIG.
- the device performs necessary bonding work in the process of feeding the pack container 1 1 by the conveyor 80, and is used to bond the long straight film 7 6 a and the short straight film 7 6 b. Two conveyors will be used.
- reference numeral 8 1 denotes a pack container positioning bracket attached to the conveyor, and the pack container 1 1 to which the sealing film 15 is previously attached is attached upside down.

- the pack container 11 is in the state shown in FIG. 38, and this is sent to the second conveyor (not shown) by the pack container suction device 86.
- the second conveyor has substantially the same configuration as the first conveyor and performs the same bonding operation, etc., but the arrangement form of the second conveyor relative to the first conveyor 80 is the same conveyance direction.
- Two types can be selected: a mold and an orthogonal conveyance type. In the case of the same transport direction type, it is necessary to change the direction of the pack container 11 to 90 degrees. In the case of the orthogonal direction transport type, the pack container 11 may be supplied in the same direction.
- only one film cutter 85 can be used, and the pack containers 11 are transported close to each other as if they are in contact with each other, and the I-notch cut portion 7 2 is placed at the intersecting portion 7 6. In the example shown above, a cut-out is provided to enter the base of the short straight film 76b.

- a short linear film 7 The thickness of 6b is 0.5 to 0.6 mm (5 0 to 60 0 ⁇ ), and it is desirable to increase it by an order of magnitude.
- FIG. 39 it is possible to peel from the peeling start portion 71 to the I-notch-like cutout 72 (FIG. 40).
- the short linear film 7 6 b that is peeled off from the lower surface of the flange portion 1 2 and connected at the intersecting portion 7 6 c is peeled off in the same way (Fig. 4 1). There is no end.
- the sealing film 1 5 adhered to the upper surface of the flange portion 1 2 is peeled off. At that time, the sealing film 1 5 is removed from the flange portion 1 2. Because it is strongly bonded to the outer part 14, it can be easily removed by removing only the weak bond in the inner part 23 (FIG. 42).
