Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement d'un produit alimentaire, tel qu'une portion individuelle de fromage, et un procédé de fabrication de ce dispositif de conditionnement. Un dispositif (1) selon l'invention comporte deux containers (2 et 3) scellés l'un sur l'autre en deux rebords périphériques respectifs (2a et 3a) qu'ils présentent de sorte à délimiter ensemble une paroi de cavité fermée recevant le produit (4) à conditionner, ces rebords se prolongeant respectivement vers l'extérieur des containers par deux pattes d'ouverture (2b et 3b) en regard aptes à être détachées l'une de l'autre par traction pour ouvrir Ie dispositif par désolidarisation des rebords, le dispositif comportant un moyen de préhension (5) du produit monté solidaire de ce dernier à l'intérieur de la cavité, le moyen de préhension traversant la paroi de cavité en s'étendant au-delà des pattes, lesquelles sont scellées sur le moyen de préhension. Selon l'invention, le moyen de préhension présente une structure rigide adhérant au produit et une géométrie sensiblement plane, les pattes étant scellées sur les deux faces respectives du moyen de préhension.
